Welcome to HGVSupport
This page helps you install the two apps you need to work from anywhere: the Tailscale secure connection and the Linphone desk phone. Pick your computer type below.
Before you start: have your welcome email open. You will need your
extension number and phone (SIP) password from it, and you must set up an
authenticator app in the sign-in portal first (the VPN asks for a 6-digit code).
If anything goes wrong, reply to your welcome email and IT will help.

Right-click Windows PowerShell and choose Run as administrator, then paste this line and press Enter:

Open the Terminal app, paste this line and press Return:

Open a Terminal, paste this line and press Enter:

The installer will ask you to sign in (your normal username, password, and the 6-digit code from your authenticator app), then ask for your extension number and phone password from the welcome email. It does not store anything from this website.
